鲜橙雪纺蛋糕 Orange Chiffon Cake









忽然间想吃海绵般松软又不油腻的雪纺蛋糕,刚好家里有很多的橙,所以昨晚就做了鲜橙雪纺蛋糕,当蛋糕在烘烤中, 烤炉中飘出来的阵阵鲜橙蛋糕香散发着整个屋子,芳香四溢。。。。好喜欢这种感觉,喜欢屋子里散发着蛋糕香的感觉。。。。。。

你的鲜橙雪纺蛋糕发那麽高。上两个星期, 我也试烘鲜橙雪纺。家人和同事都说orange chifofn cake的味道会比Pandan Chiffon cake好吃。我也是这样认为。那你呢?

我也认为Orange Chiffon Cake 比较好吃又较健康,由其是蛋糕发出来的橙香味很香。Pandan Chiffon cake 有椰桨我不太喜欢,但是孩子们比较爱吃Pandan口味的。

Thanks for your compliment. I think last time u use the wrong chiffon cake tin, u should try again using this chiffon cake tin, the cake texture will be difference.

ya lor, the other time i use the wrong tin, then lor, i went to PH, i saw 21 cm, 23 cm, 25 cm, i not sure which one to get, so didn't buy, then i chk with Aunty Irene, she mention 21 cm, then i went PH to buy things, don't have 21 cm liao... left 23 cm....

你过奖了,Chiffon cake 看似容易,其实不然,要做到像海绵般柔软,在搅拌的过程中很重要,要很轻柔不能过度搅拌,将烘好的蛋糕倒扣,冷却后用小刀轻轻的在的Cake tin 的边沿割一下,就可以漂亮脱模了。
