椰糖发糕 / 咖啡雪纺蛋糕



明天是初一,今晚便蒸了些椰糖发糕,有大有小的,准备明天拿来拜拜,Sally说得对,外面买的发糕,拜了也不能吃,不如自已做一些来拜,拜拜过后还可以留着享用。





这个咖啡雪纺蛋糕,是厨房笔记里的食谱,也是在我的烘炉修好后做的第一个蛋糕,做得不是很理想,但是口感还不错,蛋糕也很松软。 谢谢Auntie Irene 所提供的食谱。

椰糖发糕发得好漂亮。咖啡雪纺蛋糕也做得不错嘛!本来昨晚也很想烘雪纺蛋糕给孩子当做早餐, 可是看看时间已蛮晚了,还是想在周末再烘吧!

it's lucky that your oven can be repaired... your huat kueh and chiffon cake looks good.

I still haven't tried making the huat kueh yet... but think I will prefer the wo ko kueh now that I have sampled the soft texture made by auntie Irene.

是咯,拜了丢掉可惜,自己做的发糕还可以当早餐呢,我喜欢大的发糕,发得好漂亮哟,大个的你用了多少时间来蒸呢?

Yeah lor, always the big one fa very nice, small one no so fa lah….

My oven is ok now but only the grill function not working, not worth to repair coz it costs $100+.

I never make wo ko kueh before, maybe will try to make one day.

我蒸的发糕也有时发,有时不发,据我所知在蒸发糕时,要用大火,水一定要滚才蒸,烝锅一定要放很高,下次再试试看吧!加油!

我也觉得蒸大的发糕比较会笑。上一回,我蒸了两个大的发糕给我妈妈拜神,它也发到不清不楚。
