香烤栗子糯米鸡 / 酸甜肉

香烤栗子糯米鸡

这是星期天准备的晚餐，炸得香脆淋上酸甜酱的酸甜肉是女儿和老公的最爱。还有第一次尝试做的香烤栗子糯米鸡，这栗子糯米鸡的做法是先将鸡腌好，把糯米蒸熟后，塞进鸡的肚子里再拿去烘烤。烘好的栗子糯米鸡真是。。。 mmmmmm香味扑鼻，美味极了。。。
