咖啡牛油蛋糕










因为很喜欢喝咖啡,所以做了咖啡口味的牛油蛋糕,烘出来的效果蛮成功的。
品尝之后,感觉它的口感是很松软,微湿,细腻,带点弹性,只身咖啡味道不是很浓,下次做的时候要放多点咖啡粉。

For the "sauce" of sweet & sour pork, i use tomato,chilli, A1 and LP sauce.

your coffee butter cake looks good. The colour is just nice. Did u add any coffee oil or emulco? if not can add a little to get stronger coffee flavour... picked this up from auntie Irene.

Thanks for your compliment.
I did added 1/2 tsp coffee emulco,
but the flavour still not strong enough, i think have to add more coffee powder.
