This Chocolate Royal Birthday Cake was specially baked for my husband birthday today.
Due to he only love to eat Chocolate cake , so every year during his birthday i will bake for him Chocolate Cake.

Ya, you are right this chocolate cake is quite rich, the base is made by chocolate and crispy rice, 2nd layer is a sponge, 3rd layer is chocolate mousse and the topping is chocolate cream.

因为蛋糕的边缘不是很美，所以我就pipe了花纹在蛋糕的边缘，所以就pipe成你说的古早样。
为什么会叫'Royal Cake', 我也不太清楚，我是看食谱做的，我想可能是因为它的做法不像普通的巧克力蛋糕，蛋糕的第一层是
巧克力脆米，第二层是海绵蛋糕，第三层是巧克力Cream，第四层是浓巧克力酱，相当多功。
