传统新年糕点

肉干

华人农历新年快了,所以做了几道新年糕点准备招待及送给亲友。
有第一次学做的肉干,刚烘好的肉干香味四溢,口感非常棒 !
在此要感谢Auntie Irene 给以我们这么棒的食谱。

我还做了黄梨塔和鸡蛋卷 ,两者的口感,感觉上还不错,老公吃了一块又一块,猛赞味道美味芳香松脆又可口!这几道糕点都是华人新年不可少的传统新年糕点。

谢谢你的赞美,黄梨塔是我自己的食谱,这黄梨塔很香很松软,放在口里就熔化,不过饼皮很容易破。我会在下个星期做厨房笔记的rub-in method食谱.
